I bought several kilograms of purple potatoes last time. The color is very beautiful. I was thinking about making white fungus soup, so I cut 2 purple potatoes. I didn’t expect the cooked color to be so beautiful.

Purple Sweet Potato Tremella Syrup

1. Prepare small purple sweet potatoes and dried white fungus

2. Soak dried white fungus in water for 2 hours

3. Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers

4. Put the right amount of water in the casserole and boil

5. Use a melon planer to scrape off the skin of the purple sweet potato

6. Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces with a knife

7. Cut all the purple sweet potatoes and set aside for later use

8. After the water in the casserole is boiled, add the broken white fungus

9. Cover the casserole and cook on medium heat for 60 minutes

10. Add purple sweet potato chunks to the white fungus

11. Cover the casserole again and cook for 20 minutes

12. Put rock sugar in the purple sweet potato white fungus

13. Stir until the rock sugar melts, turn off the fire
