Quail Meatballs
1.
Chop carrots and cabbage and set aside.
2.
Pour eggs, flour, milk, and salt into the container and mix well.
3.
Put the pot on the meatball plate and brush it with a thin layer of oil. Turn on high heat and heat the meatballs. Then turn to medium-low heat, pour the batter into the meatball plate, and 6 minutes full. Sprinkle in chopped carrots and chopped cabbage.
4.
After the bottom of the ball is slightly condensed, turn the ball into 90 degrees with the help of two toothpicks.
5.
In the vacant place of the meatball plate, continue to pour the batter, and then put it on the quail eggs.
6.
After the batter is gradually set, turn the balls in one direction, and then pour the batter, carrots, and cabbage until the balls become a plump round ball.
7.
After being completely shaped and cooked, serve it on a plate.
