Quick Braised Trotter

Prepare the materials.

Wrap the stewed meat with gauze, cut the onion, ginger, and garlic.

After adding water to a boil in the pot, put the chopped trotters into a boil.

After the blood is boiled, turn off the heat, remove and rinse.

Check to see if there is any hair on the trotters, remember to pull it off with tweezers. (After blanching the pig's feet, it is easy to pull off the pig's hair, no effort)

Put the pig's trotters into the bread machine, (no bread machine can be replaced with a casserole, stew pot, pressure cooker, wok...)

Pour in the right amount of cooking wine, white pepper, dark soy sauce, braised pork buns, onion, ginger, garlic.

About 1000ml of hot water, covered the trotters.

Choose baking/simmering/boiling, the default time is 1 hour.

When the time is up, open the lid and easily insert the pigskin with the lid. Once the brine is ready, pour it out.

Soaking the trotters in the marinade will add more flavor.
