Quick Breakfast---hand Cake
1.
Mix the flour with water. The thickness of flour depends on the habits of each family. My family likes the flour to be thinner. (The amount of 2 pieces)

Beat the two eggs with a little salt.
3.
Heat a non-stick pan, scoop a spoonful of batter in the pan, turn the pan a bit, let the batter spread evenly on the pan, low heat for 10 seconds. The bottom of the batter began to bubble, use a wooden spatula to scoop it up.

Put the cling film on the plate. Continuously burn two pieces.

Put a little salad oil in a hot pot and put it on a low heat.
6.
Heat the oil and put half of the beaten custard in the pot. (Fried two slices of egg pancakes)

The bottom is bubbling, turn it over, fry it, and get it out of the pan. Fry two slices of egg cakes in a row.
8.
Fried bacon in the pan
9.
Take a slice of pancake and place it on the plate.
