Quick Homemade Tofu

Wash the tofu, then cut into thin slices, not too big or thick, otherwise it will not be easy to taste.

Put the right amount of cooking oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, put the pepper and star anise first, then the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Then pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce until fragrant, stir fry evenly.

Pour in the tofu immediately. Be careful not to use too much force. The tofu is easy to break. Stir it slowly and evenly. It is best if you can spoon it.

Add a little water, don't paste the pot, just add a little salt and chicken essence and simmer for 2 minutes.

Finally, put the chopped coriander into the tofu and stir-fry for a while.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the tofu too big and thick, make it smaller and thinner. First, it's ripe, and second, it's more delicious.
2. The soy sauce must be stir-fried. After the green onion is sauteed, stir-fry the soy sauce and add the tofu. The tofu will be fragrant and delicious.
3. Tofu must be put in coriander so that it tastes good enough.
