Quick Pancakes

Put ordinary flour into the basin, pour in hot water and knead the dough to form a smooth dough!

Roll out the dough thinly and touch a layer of oil, dip a little bit of oil along the corners and then sprinkle a little salt to spread it evenly

Fold the rolled thin slices and cut 5 sections with a knife

Take out a short piece of both ends and twist tightly, twist the whole body and squeeze it, then roll it round with a rolling pin

Pour oil in the pan, put in the rolled round cake, and fry on both sides to make golden brown

Turn over the completed drawing
Tips:
If you are afraid that the cake will not be cooked, you can sprinkle some water on the lid and simmer for a while!
