Quick Pizza with Mushrooms, Bacon and Mixed Vegetables

Put water, flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together in a basin and mix well, then knead into a non-sticky dough

Pour olive oil into the dough and continue kneading

Knead it into a uniform dough and leave it for half an hour

The fermented dough is rolled into a round shape, and some holes are made on the surface with a fork

Prepare a vegetable

Pour the vegetables and bacon into the pot and stir fry until they become raw

Spread tomato sauce on the dough, then put half of the cheese and vegetables

Bake at 180° for 10 minutes in the oven

Take the pizza out and spread the other half of the cheese

Into the oven and continue to bake for 5 minutes

The baked pizza can be eaten directly
Tips:
1. Mine is a thin-bottomed pizza, it doesn't need to be fermented for a long time. If you need a thick-bottomed pizza, you can increase the amount of baking powder and then perform a second fermentation;
2. This is probably an 8-inch spoof. If you have a pizza plate, you can also use the pizza plate directly, which will look more beautiful!
