Quinoa and Tremella Porridge Baby Food Recipe
1.
Reference age: 10 months or more, food preparation for babies who are not allergic to ingredients: 80 grams of pumpkin, 30 grams of baby porridge rice, 15 grams of white fungus, 10 grams of tricolor quinoa, 5 grams of cranberry Operation time: 35 minutes delicious Index: ★★★★★
*The above amount of ingredients only represents the amount of production, not the amount of the baby's meal
2.
Soak the tricolor quinoa in clean water for about 2 hours.
*The reason why quinoa is added is because it is easy to digest and tastes good. If the sisters do not have quinoa at home, they can directly replace it with 10g baby porridge.
3.
Peel the pumpkin, dig into multiple small balls with a small spoon, and set aside. Pumpkin can also be replaced with delicious sweet potatoes, purple potatoes or potatoes.
4.
Wash the baby porridge and fresh white fungus with water separately, and tear the white fungus into small flowers.
*I use fresh white fungus, which makes it easier to boil out the glue without soaking the hair. If you use dry white fungus, you need to soak it for 1~2 hours in advance.
5.
Pour the washed baby porridge and rice into the pot, and then add the soaked three-color quinoa.
6.
Then pour 10 times the amount of water.
7.
Finally, add fresh white fungus and pumpkin balls, and start boiling over medium-high heat.
8.
After the water boils, turn it to a low heat, stirring occasionally.
9.
Until the quinoa and white fungus porridge is cooked until thick, add dried cranberries at the end. Dried cranberries can be replaced with dried blueberries or raisins, or not added.
10.
Stir evenly and serve after simmering. The fragrant and strong flavor is really tempting, who doesn't want to have a bowl of hot and sweet quinoa and white fungus porridge in this chilly autumn day!
