Quinoa Cod Almond Salad

Soak the quinoa after washing.

Thaw the cod at room temperature and cut into small pieces (preferably peeled).

Mix well with black pepper, a pinch of salt and white wine and add the cod.

Add a little cornstarch and mix well and marinate for more than 15 minutes.

Add enough water to a small pot and bring to a boil, add the quinoa to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

You can see that the quinoa is boiled until transparent, indicating that it has been cooked, fully drain the water and set aside.
7.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each into 4 pieces.
8.
The marinated cod is fried in a small fire until slightly yellow, and the oil is drained.
9.
Wash the green dates, cut into small pieces, mix with diced cod, almonds, quinoa and cherry tomatoes, add the juice and mix well.
