Quinoa Fruit and Vegetable Salad

Wash the quinoa several times and soak in water for about 2 hours.

Prepare the ingredients: wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into four pieces, wash the cucumber and dice, wash and cut the purple cabbage, wash and cut the lettuce and bittercory.

Put the quinoa in the rice cooker and cook for about 15 minutes until the color becomes transparent. Drain the water and set aside.
