Quinoa Mixed Toon

The quinoa is rinsed several times, washed, and then soaked in four times the amount of water for two hours and then removed (the soaking step is not necessary, soaking is just for more nutrition).

Even the water is cooked into rice in the rice cooker. If it is not cooked in about ten minutes, you can open the lid and stir to help the water quickly collect dry. You can also boil it in a large amount of water for 10-15 minutes and then remove it and drain it.

Wash the toon, add some salt in boiling water, scald and remove.

Finely chop the quinoa and add it to the rice.

Add fragrant pine (a kind of fragrant food for bibimbap, which can be omitted), salt, a small amount of Japanese soy sauce or light soy sauce.

Add a little olive oil, and use sesame oil if you don’t have another flavor. Stir everything well and serve.
