Quinoa Olive Shrimp

Wash and drain the quinoa.

Boil the quinoa and water for about 25 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.

Heat oil in a pot, add fresh shrimp and fry until cooked, set aside.

Mix the chopped onion, olive garlic, and saffron into a blender.
5.
Then add the olive sauce ingredients and beat them together into a sauce.
6.
Place the round mold on the plate, add quinoa to compact, take out the round mold, and serve with onion olive paste, prawns and salad.
Tips:
You can use chicken broth and vegetable broth to cook quinoa for a more delicious taste.
