The rice balls for babies, as long as they use snacks, children are very comfortable. Quinoa is a complete nutritious food. If your baby doesn't like to eat vegetables, you can use quinoa as a substitute. Of course, eating more vegetables is definitely better.

Quinoa Rice Balls

1. Ingredients preparation: 200 grams of white quinoa, rinsed and soaked in water for 20 minutes

2. Boil water for 10 minutes, drain the water, and set aside

3. Stir in chopped ham, a little baby soy sauce, salt

4. Use clean plastic paper to plasticize into a ball

5. The decoration is finished with small mint leaves
