Quinoa Sai Roe

The soaked quinoa is boiled in water for 5 minutes, remove the water, soak the scallops and dried shrimps in advance.

Steam the scallops, dried prawns and cooking wine for 10 minutes and let cool.

Mix the quinoa with an appropriate amount of flour so that each quinoa is coated with flour.

Chop the dried shrimp and scallops separately.

Add minced scallops and salt to the quinoa, mix well and set aside.

Slice the watermelon and beat the eggs.

Sprinkle the other half of the flour on the zucchini slices.

Heat a pan with oil, dip the melon slices covered with flour in the egg mixture and fry until golden on both sides, and serve.

Take an appropriate amount of the mixed quinoa and hold it into a one-centimeter-thick fish roe shape with your hands.

Slip in the pan and fry until crispy on both sides. Arrange on a plate. The melon slices are sprinkled with salt and pepper, and the quinoa roe is dipped in the sauce.
