Seeing that so many people are trying quinoa, I can't help buying red quinoa and black quinoa online! I made a salad with red quinoa today!

Quinoa Salad with Colorful Mixed Vegetables

1. Soak the red quinoa for 2 hours in advance, changing the water several times during the period to remove the astringency

2. Put it in the pot and cook for 15 minutes.

3. After removing it, rinse with cold water and put it in a bowl for later use

4. Prepare the plate while cooking the quinoa, use cherry tomatoes and cucumbers to make a plate of goldfish

5. Cucumber cut into small pieces

6. 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped

7. Put the mixed vegetables in a pot, blanch water and remove them for later use

8. Put the mixed vegetables in the quinoa bowl

9. Add cucumber diced and cherry tomatoes

10. Add ripe cashews

11. Add Japanese Salad Juice

12. Add some salt

13. Add some olive oil

14. Stir evenly and put it on the plate

Tips:

I have a ready-made salad sauce at home, if not, you can make your own sweet and sour sauce or use salad dressing
