Quinoa Walnut Crisps
1.
Cook the quinoa and put the raw walnuts in the oven at 180 degrees and roast for five minutes.
2.
Mix walnut oil, egg liquid, and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
3.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda evenly, and sieve.
4.
Pour the chopped walnuts into the flour and mix well.
5.
Pour the flour into the walnut oil mixture, add the steamed quinoa, and knead it into a dough. If the dough is relatively dry, add some walnut oil. If you don't have walnut oil, you can add other vegetable oils.
6.
Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a small ball.
7.
Flatten the small balls and place them in the baking tray. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
