Radish and Cucumber Mixed with Jellyfish

Prepared ingredients.

Soak the jellyfish in clean water for 2 hours (change the water several times in the middle), wash it and set aside.

Peel and shred the radish.

Add an appropriate amount of salt to marinate the effluent.

Shred the cucumber.
6.
Squeeze the radish shreds and add the soaked jellyfish shreds, cucumber shreds, vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, and sesame seeds.

Just mix well.
8.
Sour, salty, and slightly sweet jellyfish are ready to be mixed.
Tips:
1. I use salted jellyfish, which is very salty, so I need to soak it in water to remove the salt.
2. Peel the radish to make it more tender.
