Radish Beef Stew

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic, wash star anise and cinnamon for later use.

Peel the white radish, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Wash the beef and cut into pieces, make water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and beef to blanch in water, and skim the foam.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and cinnamon to sauté until fragrant.

Add beef and stir fry.

Turn to high heat, add cooking wine and stir fry.

Transfer the beef and seasonings to an electric pressure cooker, pour boiling water, add white radish cubes, add a few drops of vinegar, a spoon of cooking wine, and press for 30 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid and add refined salt, chicken bouillon and white pepper to the pot. You can also add chopped green onion and coriander if you like.

Ps:
1. Regarding the seasoning, many friends also add fennel, pepper and appropriate amount of soy sauce when making this dish. It depends on personal preference. I drank it as soup, so I didn't add more seasonings.
2. Star anise and cinnamon are very tasty, so put them sparingly.
3. Adding vinegar can make the beef stew worse.
