Radish Cake

Radish shredded and pickled with a little salt

Squeeze out the water, add salt, eggs, chicken essence, ginger powder, star anise powder and flour and mix well to form a thick batter

Heat the oil in the pan, add a small amount of batter, and spread it into a thin cake shape

Fry on low heat until golden on both sides

Squeeze on the tomato sauce, it's delicious
