Radish Cake

Wash and shred the radish

Add salt to marinate for three or four minutes, squeeze out the water; add chopped green onion, flour, egg and appropriate amount of water to the shredded radish, and mix well
3.
Fry in the pan until the two sides are basically golden and ready to be out of the pan

It can be eaten directly, or it can be served with Kewpie salad dressing. It has a different flavor. It is good to have porridge for breakfast
