Radish Kelp Short Rib Soup

Add green onions, ginger, and water to a boil for the short ribs. Boil the ribs.

Wash the boiled ribs with warm water to clean the foam on the surface.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces, boil the water and set aside.
5.
Put the ribs in a saucepan.

Add kelp, water, and ginger slices and simmer for about 1 hour.
7.
Add the radish cubes and simmer for another half an hour.
8.
Just add some salt to taste.
Tips:
1. The radish should be boiled in water to remove the spicy flavor.
