Radish Lamb Chop Soup

Sheep were drained and soaked in cold water for 3 hours, and the water was changed twice in the middle. Add appropriate amount of water to the induction cooker to blanch green onions, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, and lamb chops.

Wash lamb chops after blanching.

Fill the soup pot with clean water, and the amount of water must be sufficient. Place the lamb into the soup pot.

Add ginger and green onions.

Put a handful of pepper.

The fire is boiled, and the foam is removed after the water is boiled.

Add the red dates, turn to medium and low heat, keep boiling, and simmer for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, turn to low heat, add the radishes, and simmer for another hour.

Put goji berries 5 minutes before serving. Put the right amount of salt and coriander to get out of the pot. The mutton smell is almost negligible, the soup is delicious, the meat is crispy, and a bowl of it will make you warm from the inside out. It is definitely a must for the cold winter!
Tips:
1. This radish lamb chop soup tastes very delicious, there is almost no mutton smell, so there is no need to add too much spices.
2. Adding green onion ginger, pepper and cooking wine in blanching water can well remove the mutton smell.
3. Be sure to put enough water in the stew, because a lot of water will evaporate during the stewing.
