Radish Pills
1.
Prepare the ingredients, peanuts, soak in water for 4 to 5 hours (you can soak in water the night before and put in refrigeration)
2.
Add some salt to the shredded radish, mix well, let stand for two to three minutes to squeeze the water dry
3.
Squeeze the dried radish into the soaked peanuts and sweet potato powder. Don’t use too much red radish powder. The radish should not be wet or sticky. (Be careful not to put salt in the radish because the salt will make water out of the radish)
4.
Squeeze the balls into the shape of the same size with your hands. Steam for 20 minutes with crystal clear water, which means it is cooked. If there is white in it, it means that it is not cooked. (Do not open the pot when steaming to avoid leaking the raw bread in the steam)
5.
Let the steamed meatballs cool and use chopsticks to pick them up. When they are hard, you can use them to fry (the cooked meatballs are lighter and can be eaten a few stealthily. When I made them, I stole a few of them, haha)
6.
Add oil to the hot pot and stir-fry the balls for 1 minute. Pour in the soy sauce and oil-consumption Shacha sauce and stir-fry evenly. According to personal preference, you can add some red fermented bean curd or chili, and stir-fry.
