Radish Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the ribs in warm water for 1-2 hours

Boil the blood in a pot

Rinse the foam with running water

Put the ribs in a casserole, add in an appropriate amount of water and a piece of ginger, bring to a boil and simmer for about an hour

White radish cut into hob pieces
