I don't know what soup to make. Someone suggested radish tofu. Thinking it was too simple, he added mushrooms when buying vegetables. I have never made soup before, and I searched for a recipe, and there is no soup in this list, so I "created" this light virgin soup, hehe, it's simple, I found that I have the "potential" for Chinese food

Radish Tofu Mushroom Soup

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut radish into round slices, slice mushrooms, cut thick tofu slices, set aside

3. Pour oil in the pan, heat it, add chopped green onion, then stir-fry the mushrooms, then add the radish, and stir-fry appropriately

4. Pour water and start cooking

5. Cook for about five minutes, add tofu, continue to cook on low heat

6. Come out of the pot, let’s take a family portrait. For the first time in your life, cook "somewhat-like" Chinese food, scrambled eggs with leeks and light soup. The "guest" evaluation is still good, but it is a little bit lighter, and more salt next time. The dessert is "Yam Rice Cake" which is also included in the recipe~
