Radish with Chicken Sauce

1. Wash the radishes and peel them.

2. Cut into pieces about 5mm.

3. Boil a pot on the water, add the radish and blanch it to remove the radish flavor.

4. Pour cooked chicken fat in the wok and fry the radishes. This step allows the radishes to better absorb the chicken broth.

5. Put the fried radishes on the plate and arrange them.

Tips:
