Radish with Chicken Sauce

Wash the radishes and peel them.

Cut into pieces about 5mm.

Boil a pot on the water, add the radish and blanch it to remove the radish flavor.

Pour cooked chicken fat in the wok and fry the radishes. This step allows the radishes to better absorb the chicken broth.

Put the fried radishes on the plate and arrange them.

Pour 200g of chicken broth. If the chicken soup has salt in this step, do not add salt. Otherwise put a little salt.
7.
Put a few goji berries and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes.
Tips:
If there is no cooked chicken fat, you can use ordinary vegetable oil, but the taste will be poor, so this step of frying cannot be omitted.
