Ravioli

Soak the dried mushrooms for 1 minute, then cut the soaked mushrooms, washed broccoli and tofu into cubes and put them in a bowl.

Add sesame oil to the bowl, mix well, add 2g of salt, mix well again, set aside.

Place the filling in the center of the wonton wrapper, and wrap them one by one after the steps shown in the figure.

Take out a bowl and add chopped green onion, 1g salt, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Put the water to boil, add wontons and cook for 2 minutes after boiling, add seaweed, and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat, scoop some soup from the pot, pour it into a bowl of oil sauce, and add the cooked wontons to start eating.
