It's sour, appetizing, and greasy. You can do it yourself at home, and you want to emphasize how to taste it. I will cook it every once in a while.

Raw Cucumber

1. Wash the cucumber and soak in salt water for 10 minutes, cut into small pieces

2. Slap the back of the knife to pieces, try to pat harder so that it’s easier to taste

3. Add 7 grams of salt to the patted cucumber, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

4. After marinating, pour in sugar, vinegar, cool boiled water, chopped millet pepper, garlic, stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 30 minutes

5. You can taste the marinated cucumber and adjust it according to your personal taste. At this time, you can also add some light soy sauce to taste, and add coriander to start pulling!

Tips:

The amount of rice vinegar in the recipe is a bit large, and I added a spoonful of chili sauce later on, because I have a heavy taste. If I don’t like to eat sour, don’t add vinegar at the beginning. Then I will make adjustments later. If you find it is too sour, you can add sugar to taste. Oh.
