Raw Tuna

First put the tuna in mild salt water to thaw, and defrost it for about 3-5 minutes.

Use absorbent paper or a clean towel to soak up the moisture

When the knife can move, slice the tuna according to personal habits
4.
Load it into the disk and start it after it's finished! It tastes better if it is not completely defrosted!
