Razor Clams Mixed with Kelp Shreds

Ingredients: dried seaweed shreds (soaked and washed), razor clams (washed and cooked)

Peel the blanched razor clams and take the meat, set aside.

Lower the kelp shreds into a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove.
