Red and White-hot and Sour Beef Soup

Prepare ingredients;
2.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the small soup pot and sauté the scallions white;
3.
Add water, shredded ginger, frozen tofu and cook until the frozen tofu is dispersed;
4.
Add duck blood and beef soup and cook for 3 minutes;
5.
Add vinegar, chili, salt, and coriander to taste.
Tips:
1. The basic method of beef soup is in my recipe, so I won’t repeat it here;
2. Replace frozen tofu with fresh tofu.
