Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient except butter into the bucket of the bread machine

Run a "kneading dough" program, 15 minutes, check the dough after the end, there is a thick film

Add the softened butter and continue to run a "kneading" program for 15 minutes

Check the dough temperature after the program is over, 27.3 degrees

Select the "fermentation" program, the time is about 60 minutes, and the fermentation will be twice as large

Tips:
1. When the temperature is high, use a bread machine to knead the dough, use ice water, refrigerated eggs, and open the lid to knead the dough can effectively reduce the temperature of the dough
2. The bread machine is Dongling 6D (BM1352B-3C), it only takes 30 minutes to knead two pieces of dough to pull out the film
3. The baking temperature and coloring of the bread machine are good, and the crust will not be very thick and strong
