Red Bean Vegetable Dried Pork Bone Soup

Prepare the ingredients (the red beans are soaked half a day in advance).

Soak the dried vegetables for about 20 minutes.
3.
Pork bones are blanched and cleaned.
4.
Put the pork bones and red beans in the pot, add ginger slices and water and start boiling.
5.
Wash the soaked dried vegetables and cut into sections.
6.
After boiling, add the dried vegetables and continue to cook for about two hours.
7.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
1. Both red beans and dried vegetables need to be soaked in advance.
