Red Date and Tremella Soup

The good white fungus is the kind that is slightly yellow. Add cold water and soak it for a day.

Then tear it up and remove its stems, add red dates, put it in a rice cooker, add hot water, and soak overnight

In the next morning, add the old rock sugar before cooking, and then press the soup button. After cooking once, press the soup button again and cook for the second time. I cooked for fifty minutes and just uncovered a bowl of viscous white fungus soup.
Tips:
Be sure to soak it in cold water for a day, then shred it and soak it in hot water overnight, so that it will cook into a sticky gel.
