Red Date Black Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash and chop the chicken.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a clay pot, add red dates, beiqi, and dangshen, and turn on the fire.

Boil the water and add the chopped chicken. When it boils, change it to a low heat for about 1 hour.

Open the lid after 1 hour and remove the oil on the milk.

Put the ginger and continue to boil for about 15 minutes.

Add the wolfberry and boil for 5 minutes.

Tips:
Do not put the wolfberry early, otherwise, the soup will have a sour taste.
