Red Date Carp Soup

Wash a carp and cut it into sections. Be sure to wash off the black film in the belly to remove the fishy. Wash the red dates and remove the pits. Wash the green onion and ginger and cut into sections. Wash and slice round mushrooms

Wash the black beans one day in advance and soak in water for one night. Prepare the right amount of salt and cooking wine.

Add water to the carp and bring it to a boil. Skim the foam.

The fire is boiled with ingredients, red dates, black beans, green onions, ginger, salt, and cooking wine. Turn to medium heat and keep the water boiling.

Add round mushrooms and turn to low heat to continue cooking. 15-20 minutes, it's ready to be out of the pot
Tips:
It is best to cut the red dates to remove the pit, so that all the nutrients can be boiled out. For red dates, I use Hami dates, which have very good medicinal effects. The black beans should be soaked in advance, they will be easy to cook and boil. Don't have too little cooking wine, go to fishy. Mainly for soup, the fish will not be too tasty
