I woke up early this morning and set off to buy ingredients. Soup is my favorite, hehe.

Ingredients

Red Date Crucian Carp Papaya Soup

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Kill the crucian carp, wash it, and cut the ginger into slices

3. Add a little oil to the pan to heat up, put the crucian carp and ginger slices into the pan and fry until slightly yellow on both sides

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the clay pot and boil

5. When the water is boiled, add the crucian carp and ginger slices

6. Then add the pitted red dates

7. Then after the big fire boils, turn to low fire for half an hour

8. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, wash, and cut into large pieces

9. Boil the crucian carp for half an hour and then add papaya, continue to cook for about half an hour until the papaya becomes soft

10. Add the right amount of salt

11. Finally mix until the salt melts and drink it

Tips:

In the process of boiling the soup, don't turn it randomly. The crucian carp will be completely rotten if it is turned. There will be many fish bones when eating. Children should pay attention to the fish bones when drinking.
