Red Date Longan Bread

Prepare the bread ingredients. Cut dried longan and red dates into small pieces.

Pour the milk and whipped cream into the bread bucket, pour the egg mixture

Pour brown sugar in the corner of the bread bucket

Pour 2 grams of salt in the other corner

Pour in the bread flour, pour in the yeast powder, and surround the yeast powder with flour.

Start the bread machine kneading function, select 17 custom kneading, 13 minutes.

The first kneading function is over, take out a small piece of dough to see if it is malleable. Add the softened butter (cut into small pieces). Start the second kneading function and take out a small piece of dough after 15 minutes to see the effect.

If you can pull out the fascia (that is, the "gloves" we often call), if not, you can start a kneading function for 5-10 minutes. Mine is not good enough, I made a total of 2 13 minutes and 2 15 minutes.

Start the fermentation function, adjust to 90 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size, take out the air and divide into six equal parts, roll round and let stand for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape.

After turning over, add longan and red dates.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Roll everything up, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes.

Turn it over and roll it up. This encloses the invagination more closely. It's also more compact and easy to put

Put all the finished dough into the bread bucket (remove the rotary knife in the bread bucket in advance). Cover with plastic wrap.

Start the fermentation function for 60 minutes. Ferment to double the size.
Start the baking function, adjust the time to 35 minutes, light color.

Time is up, the fragrant bread is out of the oven. Use insulated gloves to take out the bread bucket. Buckle it upside down on the heat-insulating shelf, let it cool down, and put it in a fresh-keeping bag.
