Red Date Raw Fish Soup

Wild raw fish, sent back by my colleague who caught it in the countryside

Because it’s too fierce to be slaughtered, I deliberately got it to the market and asked someone to slaughter it.

Codonopsis, red dates, ginger spare

Fry the fish pieces in a frying pan until the surface is golden brown

Then add boiling water, put on Codonopsis, red dates, and ginger slices

Bring to a boil, cook for a while

Then move it to the electric stew pot and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste when you eat
Tips:
The fish pieces are fried first and then stewed, so that they will not be broken during the process of removing fishy and stewing.
