Red Date Walnut Bread

The red dates are pitted and chopped, and the walnuts are also chopped.

Put all the ingredients except butter, red dates and walnuts into the bread machine, knead it into a smooth dough, add butter and knead until the film is formed, then add the red dates and walnuts and knead evenly.

The basic fermentation is 2 times larger.

The fermented dough is taken out and vented, divided into 6 parts, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Take a portion of the dough and roll it into an oval shape.

After turning it over, thin the bottom edge and roll it up from top to bottom.

After rolling, pinch both ends tightly.

Make 6 portions of dough in turn.

Take a portion of the dough and knead it into a 30cm-long strip.

Tie a single knot.

After making 6 doughs, put them in a paper mold.

Put it in a warm and humid place and ferment it to twice its size. Brush a layer of whole egg liquid, put it in the preheated oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
