Red Dates and White Fungus Black-bone Chicken Soup

Red dates and white fungus are soaked in water.

Wash the black-bone chicken. Chop the black-bone chicken into small pieces.

Add proper amount of water to the inner pot of the non-fire and then add cooking wine.

Add onion ginger and red dates.

Add black-bone chicken.

Bring to a boil on high heat, skimming the foam.

Then put in the washed and torn into small pieces of white fungus.

Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, put the inner pot into the outer pot and cover and simmer for 60 minutes.

After 1 hour, take out the inner pot and add salt.

Tips:
Black-bone chicken with bones (smashed) soup has the best nourishing effect. The bones can be smashed and stewed together with meat and offal.
