Red Dates and Wolfberry Stewed Lean Meat Soup

Wash the lean meat, slice it and chop repeatedly, and chop it into a puree.

Tips:
The red dates have to be pitted, otherwise the soup will become sour. The original Xinjiang wolfberry does not contain sulfur for fumigation, otherwise the tonic becomes a drug.
