Red Dates and Yam Black Chicken Soup

Cut black-bone chicken into pieces and wash with cold water

Wash red dates and wolfberry

The yam is peeled and cut into pieces. The pieces can be slightly larger because the soup takes longer to simmer.

Put black chicken nuggets, yam, red dates and wolfberry together in a casserole

Add appropriate amount of water, you can also put a few slices of ginger. Do not use too much water, as it will easily overflow during the stewing process. Add more water to the ingredients. The simmering time is 40 minutes, just add a small amount of salt 10 minutes before turning off the heat.

The chicken soup tastes very delicious. After adding red dates, the soup has some sweet taste, which I personally think is delicious.
Tips:
It is recommended not to put too much salt, the umami taste of the soup with less salt can be better. You can try it, refill
