Red Dates, Longan, Black Chicken and Bamboo Sun Soup

Add a little salt to the bamboo fungus and soak in water for 20 minutes. After soaking, cut off the head and tail and squeeze the water to dry for later use.

Half of ginger shredded and half sliced.

Wash red dates, dried longan and wolfberry.

Wash and chop the black-bone chicken and put it in a pot. Add water, ginger, cooking wine, and peppercorns to blanch in water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.

The blanched black-bone chicken is rinsed and put in the pot again. Add ginger slices and peppercorns.

Add enough water all at once.

Add dried longan.

Add red dates.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Add goji berries and cook for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the bamboo fungus in the squeezed water and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add a little salt to taste according to your own taste before serving.
