Red Mushroom Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and put it in a pot, add cold water to a boil, and remove it.

After washing the scum on the chicken with water, put the chicken in a clay pot.

After the chicken is crispy, put the red mushrooms and the water for soaking the red mushrooms into the jar. (The water used for soaking red mushrooms should be filtered in advance to remove impurities)
