Red Oil Jelly

Put raw peanuts in the microwave on medium-high heat for 3-6 minutes

Remove the red skin of the peanuts, let cool, put them on a cutting board and press them into small pieces

Chop garlic and green onions into a bowl, then add mushroom extract, sugar, and salt. Put vegetable oil in the pot and heat until the oil surface becomes calm. After the green smoke rises, pour the oil into the bowl and sauté the seasoning.

In the last step, add sesame oil, chili oil and light soy sauce, mix well, and pour into the jelly.
