Red Oiled Belly

Wash the hairy belly and shred it.

Add water to the pot, boil it, add cooking wine, put it in the hairy belly and boil it for 30 seconds to 1 minute, remove the dry water, and cool it with a fan.

Mince garlic, cut coriander, put it in a large bowl, add pepper powder, pepper, sesame oil and pepper oil.

Add light soy sauce and a little white vinegar, then add appropriate amount of water and stir well.

Put it into the cool hairy belly.

Finally, add some roasted peanuts and red oil, and mix well.

Tips:
Cold dishes, especially cold meat dishes, can't be put in too much vinegar, and the sourness is the best when you eat them. Other seasonings can be put according to your own taste. The pepper oil is very numb, so you can't put too much.
