Red Oiled Rabbit Dices (cold and Spicy Rabbit Dices)

Wash rabbit meat.

Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove.

Soak in direct drinking water for 15 minutes.

Remove the bone.

Cut into diced rabbits.
