Ingredients

Red Pear and White Fungus Soup

1. Remove the hard roots, snow lotus seeds, and peach gum of the white fungus and soak them in clean water for 4 hours or overnight.

2. Remove impurities in peach gum

3. Tear the white fungus into smaller pieces, and cut the red pears into fingernail-sized squares.

4. Put enough water in the casserole one time, add white fungus, snow lotus seeds, peach gum, rock sugar in turn

5. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

6. Add red pears and simmer for another 20 minutes

7. Add the cleaned goji berries and simmer for 2-3 minutes
