Chaoshou is the most frequently served pasta in our house, clear soup and red soup can be used... it is delicious and easy to operate! Old people and children like it. You can mix whatever seasoning you like in the bowl, which is very convenient. "

Red Soup

1. Prepare the meat (we use lean meat for our hands, if you feel that the taste is not as good as adding a little fat, please adjust it appropriately)

2. Change the knife to cut large pieces

3. Wash all the ginger and shallots, cut into large pieces and set aside

4. Put the ginger into the meat and chop a piece

5. Just chop repeatedly, and chop the meat evenly (Of course, if you don’t like the taste of minced ginger, you can also add green onion and ginger water when filling without ginger chop)

6. Minced meat until finely chopped, and minced ginger can also be mixed in

7. Add a little chopped green onion to the meat at the end

8. Chop a few more knives (the same principle as above with minced ginger, you can add green onion and ginger water if you don’t like it)

9. Put the minced meat in a large bowl and beat in an egg

10. Put a little salt, and make the filling

11. The whipping is strong, the meat filling is in the state of minced meat, which can absorb the moisture of the egg well.

12. Put a copy of the hand skin on the left palm

13. Use chopsticks with your right hand to pick an appropriate amount of meat into the skin

14. Spread the extra meat on the corner of the skin with the chopsticks

15. Fold the meat-filled corners in half and press them on the opposite corners (the shape of the skin I bought is not very straight, a bit slanted, but it does not affect the filling)

16. Then put some meat on the folded corner

17. At this moment, take advantage of the situation and slightly tilt up the middle finger, so that the meat filling can be slightly lifted up, leaving room for the final outflank

18. Turn the corner with meat filling and wrap it around and stick it to this corner

19. Look, this is packed

20. Put it on the chopping board, you can sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking (I used plastic wrap because I pack a lot, so I can put it in the refrigerator)

21. Wrap all hands in turn

22. Now start the seasoning, prepare the green onion, coriander (or any seasoning you like)

23. Put soy sauce, vinegar, cooked oil, sea pepper, Chinese pepper, a little chicken essence, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chopped coriander in a bowl

24. boil water

25. Gently put in the hand

26. After putting it in, gently push the hand with the back of the spoon to prevent sticking

27. Using the boiling water in the pot, scoop a spoon into the condiment to form condiment soup

28. Add the appropriate amount according to the amount of soup you like

29. Wait for the hand to cook until it floats, it's ready

30. Put it in a bowl and start it

31. Copy the red soup, let’s start eating

Tips:

Heart-warming tip: If you don’t like minced green onion and ginger, you can use green onion and ginger water instead.
I don't put anything in my outpost except a little salt, because there will be a lot of ingredients in the bowl when I eat. You can add seasonings to the meat filling according to your favorite taste.
You can make the red soup when making the seasoning, or you can add the shrimp skin and seaweed to make the clear soup.
If you feel uncomfortable eating lean meat, you can add a little fat and chop stuffing.
The chopped stuffing is better than the cooking machine, you can adjust it according to your actual preference.
